Whether I’m working on a floor plan or a user flow, I’m thinking about hierarchy, wayfinding, friction, and the lived experience of navigating a system. I lead with research and analysis, looking beyond the surface to understand what people actually need, not just what they say they want. I’m intentional about designing experiences that respect users’ time, attention, and agency.
